Much of the city center has very few cars except for delivery trucks for stores and restaurants. We went to the Haufbrauhaus which is a famous bier hall dating back to the 16th century. We had a fun time and shared a table with a German from Koln and an American who is a tour guide for Oktoberfest. The bier was great, but our meals were only fair as the are not know for their good food.
Spent the rest of the day just wandering around, shopping, eating and drinking. I found a Mexican restaurant and we both were happy to have taco chips and salsa, and don’t forget the burritos.
Tomorrow we leave for Austria
